It would:</p><ul><li>give Kent County Council the power to prohibit or restrict traffic on roads to enable the making of a film to take place. It would also enable the council to close roads to allow members of the public to watch the making of the film, without notice of these closures if the council see fit. This would modify section 16A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.</li><li>amend section 16B of the Road Traffic Act 1984 to say that orders granted for film-making purposes should not be in place for longer than seven days and notices for no longer than 24 hours.
